Bio: Graduate of the Stroganoff Institute of Industrial and Fine Arts, (BA/MA program, Moscow, 1996) and the Youth School of Art (Troitsk, 1989)In 1994 took part in a collaborative art-project of American and Russian artists (Trinity Hall, Troitsk). Since that time has started his art career and has exhibited on a regular basis: a graphic series exhibited at Clayton Hall, Delaware University, USA (1995) Group shows Troitsk (1996) and Xmas Art Expo (Moscow 1997), among others. In the past, he was mainly working in the fields of fine art and art-design, with the main genres being the abstract, decorative and figurative; has developed his own elaborate techniques based on acrylic and alkyd paints. Since 2005 through 2010 has been exclusivelly represented by 'Eighth Elephant Contemporary Art' Gallery, Brooklyn, NY. Works are on display in collections in Russia, the USA, and the UK. At the present time his main genre is digital arts.

Artist statement: " The subject of my work is the space that exists somewhere between the real and the imaginative, between the concrete and the abstract - that metaphysical world where the subconscious in fact resides. The world seems imperfect, its beauty comes out of us. There is no truth - only belief, no perfection only a longing for ... "
